ABOUT

After almost 6 years of working on both residential and commercial projects for large architecture firms, I founded Nina Erasmus Architecture and Interiors in 2017, allowing me to focus on residential projects and boutique-style commercial spaces.

By relying on the honesty of materials, light and spatial relationships, I aim to create spaces that are current, yet timeless, serene and warm, and most importantly, a true reflection of the people who live there.

I approach every project with a holistic view and, as a full-service design firm, I’m able to see a project through from the very earliest designs to a client moving into their space.

SERVICES

As a full-service design firm, I take a client’s dream from concept, to design and then to reality. I walk every step of the journey with them and help to navigate not only the creative process, but also the technical details and contractor relationships.

FEES

Every project is different and costs will vary depending on the scope and involvement. Please contact me to discuss your project and put together a bespoke costing.

ARCHITECTURE

My fees are calculated as stipulated in Board Notice 122 of 2015 for South African Council for the Architectural Profession, as either a percentage of the overall project cost or at an hourly rate.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior design projects are costed at 10-15% of the project’s total value, calculated on a sliding scale. (The fees exclude travel costs outside Paarl. These are charged at AA rates.)

INTERIOR CONSULTATION

I also provide interior consultations at an hourly rate.
